Prices are per apartment per week from Saturday to Saturday in the ski season. We can be more flexible outside the ski season. The price includes the apartment cost, heating, lighting, hot and cold water, communal parts of the apartment, modest use of the phone and unlimited use of Broadband/ADSL (when fitted). The cleaning and laundry charge per apartment per week is extra. We will also ask for a deposit per apartment for accidental damage breakages and a key deposit on arrival.

On arrival your apartment will be ready for you at 16.00.

Each apartment has its own entrance and separate keys, which also open the front door of the apartment house.

Keys are to be collected from Interhome AG, Bahnhofplatz 4, Zermatt. From the station forecourt, cross the road and, keeping the Gornergrat station on your left, you will find Interhome’s office on a corner on the right hand side after about 30 meters. Please try and call them (Nicole Jeker) - if you know if you are delayed after 1900 - + 41 (0) 27 967 36 54 from outside Switzerland (or 027 967 36 54 if within Switzerland).

You are asked to strip the beds and put all towels and bed linen in the large blue bags provided, to clean the apartment and complete all washing up before handing back the key at 10.00 on the day of departure.

Let us know if the check in/check out times cause any difficulty for you – we’ll try and accommodate so long as the cleaners can work easily.
