The Studio

The Studio – 154 – is suitable for two people. The size of the apartment is in total 23.44 m2 floor area, excluding the balcony.

The Studio has its own entrance, small kitchenette, and shower room. The entrance lobby has hanging space for outdoor clothes.
There is a large double bed, - each side can be individually adjusted under the mattress to variably raise the head end or the feet end- bedside tables and lights, a dining table, three chairs and a wardrobe. The studio has bedding, including duvets, sheet, pillows and pillowcases as well as towels and tea towels for two people.

There is a radio/CD/tape player and cable TV including BBC World and CNN in English, French and German and other language stations. There is a telephone. However, outgoing international calls are barred.

Kitchen
The kitchenette is stocked with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery and related items for four. There is a three ring electric hob with full size oven: never been used in 20 years – but you can be first if you wish! There is also a caffetiere coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle and teapot. If you are coming from Britain and can bring some loose tea bags please replenish the supply. We can only get the individually packed ones on a string here!

Bathroom
The shower room has a washbasin, shower cubicle and WC.

Balcony
A door leads to the balcony. The balcony is about 9m long and almost 1.5m wide and is shared with 154. In the summer there are 4 chairs, a small table, and a sun-lounger. The balcony faces west/southwest and overlooks the adjacent buildings, a mountainside and one can even see the top of the Matterhorn.
